When we think about healing sessions,  we often think we have to have a problem, or be sick in order to have a session. But what if that wasn’t the case? What if we didn’t focus on the problem, but on the possibilities? 

We live on a planet with beautiful trees, and energy everywhere. What if you could tap into that energy with total ease once again? You may wonder what does nature have to do with me or healing? It has everything to do with you, because nature is a source of energy that we have cut ourselves off from, for far too long.

What if you could reduce your stress, improve your happiness, and create a healthy body, just by accessing the energy of everything around you? That is what an energetic session can do. And it can also help your body heal in the event that you are dealing with a physical illness.     

People ask me all the time, how does this energy stuff work?  I say the same way your cell phone or Wi-Fi device works. And they say WHAAAT?.... Yes  exactly...  Each of us have a frequency that is uniquely ours. When you give me permission to access that space( your frequency), I am simply dialing into that energy.  And what most people don't know, is that every  physical, mental emotional problem,  started energetically first. Wisdom Of the Earth. $250.

Wisdom of the Earth sessions are unique sessions, using the energy of the natural resources all around us. The energy flows to all of the places that are requiring healing, or rejuvenation, either physically, mentally or emotionally. This can be done in person or at a distance. You simple laydown and allow yourself to relax and receive. You may feel energy moving, warmth around you, or you may feel calm like that feeling you have after getting a good massage, or you may feel energized and very active afterwards. What makes this session so different, is it this energy feels like nothing you have ever experienced before.

Meditation. $70.

Meditation is to go beyond the mind and experience our essential nature—which is described as peace, happiness, and bliss. If you ever tried to meditate you may know that it can be the hardest thing to do when your mind is busy. But when we can relax the mind, our whole body relaxes too. The more you practice meditation the easier it becomes, until one day that becomes your normal state. Even in the midst of rush hour traffic, you can remain calmly alert.

Reiki Healing. $90 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by lightly placing hands on the body. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Healing Touch. $200.                                                                                                                        

It is more of an energetic experience than an actual massage. Have you ever been touched by someone and your hold body relaxed? Or emotions came up that you had no reason for in the moment? Have you ever felt so nurtured by a simple touch? That is the best way I can describe this session.

This session is not about fixing problems, or healing anything. Its about allowing your body to let go and be alive in a way that it may not have in a while. Its about honoring and nurturing you, in a way that may have long been forgotten. There is little to no muscle manipulation in this session. Just my hands flowing freely over your body. I use light lotion, but it can also be done with clothes on, and allowing the energy to flow.

Access Bars. $130.

The Neurological system, also know as Bars. There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are bars for Healing, Body, Control, Awareness, Creativity, Power, Aging, Sex and Money just to name a few. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to be generative in that area, to have something different show up in your life with ease. A Bars® session can release years of limitations in the area of your life that corresponds with the specific Bar being touched. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life.

By running energy through these Bars the barriers dissipate and the electromagnetic charge is released. Releasing stuck energy is like updating old files to your computer. You have more space to create something new and wonderful with more up to date tools!

How does the process work? Running the Bars is a simple, non-invasive, energy process where the facilitator lightly touches each point on the head to release the energy. Receiving this process, i.e. "having your Bars run," usually leaves you with a sense of peace and space and a feeling like there is more possibility open to you. Access Body sessions are designed to got beyond physical manipulation techniques, and create change in the cellular structure to unlock the trauma or whatever is keeping the pain or illness in place. This allows the body to choose to change and become healthy in a none invasive way. 

 The Abuse Hold. $150.

The body has a memory, as well as the muscles and cells. By using energy to help the body to relax the muscles and release the trauma that has been lock in the body on a cellular level.

The Abuse hold is beneficial for anyone that has been abused on any level, as well as for individuals that have experienced a traumatic event regardless of what it was, the body hold the trauma and if not released can create disease or problems in the body over time.

By having the abuse hold done, makes it easier for you to move on with your life, without relapsing back into the trauma of the past. You may still recall your abuse or traumatic event, but you will not have the automatic triggering systems in place so you will not feel as if you are still reliving that trauma.

Clearing The Past To Create the Future $200.

This is a process that can help you go back into the past and undo any decision that were made, that are keeping you from moving forward today, without having to even talk about it or relive the drama. These blockages can affect your money, your relationship with yourself and others. This can be done online or in person. 

Whether you are seeking to create a daily practice, or you just want to know more about the mystery called, Tantra, this is a great place to start. You can be in the comfort of your own home, you will focus on breathing exercises, body movement, and learn some basic self-awareness practice that Tantra invites us all to find within ourselves. This is white Tantra. If you're not familiar with the tantric levels, there is white, pink, and red Tantra. White, being the very basic exploration of energies, using various breathing techniques and body movements to create a deeper connection with yourself and others. This works great with any existing spiritual practice or yoga practice.
